If your car is over three years old, it will require an annual MOT inspection. It's a standard inspection of over 145 safety-related and emission systems, including lights, steering, brakes and suspension at a government standard charge. Once your vehicle has been tested you will receive the official VT20 certificate which is your receipt for the MOT test and shows the information that will be held on the MOT database. If your vehicle requires any recommended additional work this will be listed on the advisory notice the VT32 document.
By handing over your car to the experts, you know that everything will be checked carefully – from tyres, brakes, battery and the engine right through to whether your seatbelt buckles are working properly.
Your MOT isn't just about keeping your car legal; it's about you, your passenger safety and about the safety of other road users At Cardoc you can rest assured that your car is in the best of hands and your safety is our number one priority.
