I have used Cardoc ever since it opened. A couple of days ago, I rang them to express my concern about a rattling noise when I start up the engine. The noise wasn't there when I first got the vehicle six months ago. To me it sounded like a motorcycle running although it was probably not that loud. But I wasn't happy with the noise and wanted to get it checked for peace of mind. Cardoc was able to check it within half an hour. The gentleman (sorry, I didn't get his name) who dealt with me was so kind and polite. He explained to me that a brake cable was slightly loose and the mechanic had somehow fixed it but it was the design of my Peugeot. Although it might happen again, I am very happy with the explanation and communication with this gentleman. He even took a video to show me the problem. I am very pleased with Cardoc. I was not charged for the service which tells a lot about the garage.

My car was in for an MOT last Tuesday. I was allowed to drop it off early because of work. The business did not open until 8.30am. I go a phonecall at 8.10am saying that it was complete and I could collect it anytime as it was ready! I always use this company. They are precise, considerate, and very trustworthy. I found that whenever my car has been in for other things they communicate issue clearly. They give you options as to whether you proceed with the issue or want to get a second quote. I would use this company ten fold. Thank you
