Your Mercedes service is calculated by your vehicle’s Flexible Service System, based on how often and how far you drive. Mercedes services are known as Service A and Service B. The need for services depends on your vehicle’s specifics rather than time. Service B is at approximately 20,000, 40,000, 60,000, 80,000 and 100,000 miles.
Service A: the first 10,000 miles / 12 months, then every 20,000 miles / 24 months.
Service B: the first service is at around 20,000 miles / 1 year after the previous service. Then typically every 20,000 miles / 24 months (approx.). This service takes into account the vehicle’s specific features, model and production year.
