    My initial enquiry was dealt with by Paul who seemed quite knowledgeable about my vehicle which inspired confidence in that the issue in question would be dealt with properly & efficiently.Paul was,also,transparent with regard the cost.The windscreen washers issue was rectified properly, however,Paul advised me future issue which may arise with the windscreen washers & gave me useful advice & guidance relating to dealing with such issues under warranty.As for the charge for the repairs,was pleasantly surprised,that it was far less than what I expected.Overall, greatly satisfied with the service & would definitely be using their services in future.Highly recommended.

    I am impressed by the capability and customer service. These guys are professionals.They replaced the front crankshaft oil seal and pulley of our 22 year old Smart Roadster, that would have cost me so much more at Mercedes. They patiently explained the problems, proposed solutions, and set realistic expectations. They take pride in their work, so much so that they offer a 12 month warranty.The valeting was complimentary. My wife is grateful that the car looks newer inside and outside. I'm grateful that the engine is repaired, and sounds so good again.I cannot fault these guys. I drove to them from the Kent/London border.
