From the time of first contact, impressed with their professionalism. I was accurate description of costs and timescale. They were polite, courteous and efficient. I was offered a day and time that suited me. The work was completed to my satisfaction.

I approached Cardoc when Nissan Watford stopped taking care of my Nissan the way they used to. I must say Cardoc team are professional, responsive and realistic with costs. Highly recommend Cardoc. People who work there always have a smile when you approach them on the phone or meet them.

We have recently moved to Pinner and was deciding where to take my Mercedes CLC for mot and servicing.Cardoc had good reviews do booked car here via online booking.Quoted £500plus for this which i thought was reasonable.Had a phone call 2 hours later to say 3 additional tyres needed and the exhaust fittings were loose.We were happy with the work thought addinitional work pricing was expensive this is probably normal in London.Additional work regarding boot screw was aldo done without charge.Mahesh welcomed us in a friendly manner anf communicated problems found, the car seems to be more solid following the works.Happy with Cardoc so will bookaddinational car repair works there in the future.
